TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


1. General information

This document governs the terms and conditions of sale of the artworks offered through the website.

Seller:

  • Artistic name: Abbastanza

Access to and purchase from the Website imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Artworks

All artworks offered for sale are original, unique works of art, individually created by the artist and described in detail on their respective product pages.

Each description includes:

  • medium used;

  • support;

  • dimensions;

  • title of the artwork;

  • price.

Images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Due to the handcrafted nature of the artworks, slight variations in color may occur depending on screen settings.

Each artwork is sold with a certificate of authenticity, confirming that the artwork was created by the artist. The certificate includes:

  • artist’s name and artistic nickname;

  • title of the artwork;

  • dimensions;

  • medium used.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Purchase process

The customer may purchase the artworks by following the procedure indicated on the Website. Order confirmation implies an obligation to pay.

Upon completion of the purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

5. Payment methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit / debit card

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay / Apple Pay

Payment is due at the time of order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Artworks are shipped from Belgium.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

  • destination country;

  • dimensions and weight of the artwork;

  • selected shipping method.

Standard shipping is offered by default. Upon customer request, priority shipping may be arranged at an additional cost, which will be communicated and added to the order total.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and courier. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events.

7. Right of withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the artwork, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Seller in writing within the applicable period.

Customers residing outside the European Union

For shipments to non-EU countries, the right of withdrawal is not guaranteed, except in specific cases evaluated by the Seller. In any case, refund requests will not be accepted later than 14 days from receipt of the artwork.

8. Returns and refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned artwork. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Legal warranty and conformity

Artworks are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

10. Limitation of liability

The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or handling of the purchased artworks.

11. Personal data protection

Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Further details are available in the Website’s Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the competent court shall be that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, in accordance with European Union regulations.
